14-day VistaCreate Pro trial on web: How to start, cancel, and more

VistaCreate offers a 14-day free trial for the Pro plan. During this period, you get access to all advanced features, premium templates, and creative assets on the platform. To start a free trial, you need to create an account.

How to start a free trial from the VistaCreate Plans page

Step 1: Go to the VistaCreate Plans page.

Step 2: Click “Start free trial” in the Pro section.

Step 3: Select a monthly or an annual plan, enter a promo code if you have one, and select a payment method. Then, click “Start free trial”.

* Note that with the annual plan, you save $36 a year.

 

How to start a free trial from Account Settings

Step 1: Open the VistaCreate home page. Then, go to Account Settings.

Step 2: Select “Subscription” in Account Settings and click the “Try Pro 14 days for free” button.

Step 3: Choose a monthly or an annual plan, enter a promo code if you have one, and select a payment method. Then, click “Start free trial”.

💡 Keep in mind: 

Web users will get a reminder to cancel their free trial 3 days before it ends. If you forget to cancel, you’ll be automatically charged for the Pro plan after your trial ends. 

 

How to cancel a trial in VistaCreate

You can cancel a trial any time before it ends. Here’s how to do so:

Step 1: Open the VistaCreate home page. Then, go to Account Settings.

Step 2: Select “Billing” in Account Settings and click “Cancel Trial”.

How to request a refund if you forgot to cancel your free trial

If you fail to cancel your Pro plan subscription before the free trial ends, you can still request a refund within 14 days if you meet these two conditions:

  1. You haven’t downloaded any designs after the trial ended and you were charged.
  2. You requested a refund within 14 days after the trial ended and you were charged.

No refunds will be given if:

  1. You have downloaded at least one design after being charged for the Pro plan.
  2. You requested a refund after 14 days since the Pro subscription was charged.
