How can I add a new card?
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to https://create.vista.com/ and log in to your VistaCreate account.
Step 2: Click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the page and select "Account Settings" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click “Billing” in the menu on the left, find your card in “Payment details”, and click “Change”.
Step 4: Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVC/CVV, then click “Add card”.
Experiencing issues updating the card details?
If you are encountering difficulties updating your card details, follow the troubleshooting steps below:
- Browser Compatibility:
- Ensure you are using a supported and updated web browser.
- We recommend using the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge versions for optimal performance. - Clear Browser Cache:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies to eliminate any potential conflicts. Instructions for clearing cache vary by browser, so refer to your browser’s support documentation for guidance. - Incognito/Private Mode:
- Attempt to add your card in incognito or private browsing mode to rule out any extensions or settings interfering with the process. - Card Details:
- Double-check the accuracy of the card details entered, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. Any discrepancies can lead to transaction failures. - Payment Provider:
- If the issue persists, it might be related to your payment provider. Ensure that your card is in good standing, has sufficient funds, and is not restricted for online transactions.
