You can update the payment card linked to your VistaCreate subscription at any time from your Account Settings.
How to add or update your payment card
- Go to https://create.vista.com/ and sign in to your VistaCreate account.
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner and select Account Settings.
- In the left-hand menu, select Billing.
- Under Payment details, find your current card and click Change.
- Enter your new card details:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVC/CVV
- Click Add card to save your new payment method.
Why can't I update my payment card?
Contact your bank or card issuer to confirm that:
- Online payments are enabled.
- There are no restrictions preventing online transactions.
