Sometimes, you may see the "Oops, something went wrong" error when trying to download your design. This can happen if a design contains an element that is causing an issue or due to a temporary technical problem.
If you see this error, try the following:
- Refresh the page and try downloading your design again.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies in your browser settings.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera, or Edge) and make sure it is updated to the latest version.

If the error persists after trying the steps above, please contact the VistaCreate Support Team at support.create@vista.com and include:
- The link to your design.
- The format you're trying to download.
- A screenshot or screen recording of the error, if possible.
- Your browser and operating system.
- Whether the issue also occurs in Incognito mode or on another device.
