There are several reasons why a user may not be able to find their design:
- The design was created on another account
Make sure you are logged in with the same account used to create the design. If you have multiple accounts, try signing in with your other email addresses or login methods. - The design was moved to the Trash folder
If the design was deleted, it may still be available in the Trash folder. Users can restore designs from Trash at any time while they remain there.
If you still cannot find your design, check that you are using the correct account and contact Support for further assistance.
