VistaCreate Pro subscriptions are available as monthly and annual plans. Both plans renew automatically unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
If you no longer want to use VistaCreate Pro, you can cancel your subscription from your Account Settings. After cancellation, your account will switch to the Starter plan after your paid period ends, and you will lose access to Pro features, tools, and premium creative assets.
You can reactivate your VistaCreate Pro subscription anytime if you decide to upgrade again.
To cancel your Pro subscription:
- Go to https://create.vista.com/home/ and log in to your VistaCreate account.
- Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Click Billing in the left-side menu.
- Select Cancel subscription of your Pro plan.
- Follow the cancellation steps shown on the VistaCreate website to complete the process.
If you subscribed through the VistaCreate mobile app, cancellation depends on your device:
- iOS users: Follow Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions to manage your VistaCreate subscription.
- Android users: Follow Google Play subscription cancellation instructions to cancel your VistaCreate subscription.
After canceling, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
