How can I cancel my subscription on Mobile?

You can cancel your VistaCreate trial or subscription at any time before the trial period ends or before your next billing cycle. The cancellation process depends on whether you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play.

How to cancel your subscription on iOS

To cancel your VistaCreate subscription on an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose your VistaCreate subscription.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.
  6. Confirm your cancellation.

If you do not see a cancellation button or see an expiration message, your subscription has already been canceled.

How to cancel your subscription on Android

To cancel your VistaCreate subscription on Android:

  1. Open Google Play subscriptions on your device.
  2. Select your VistaCreate subscription.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.

 

 

How to cancel a trial on Android

Step 1: Go to your Google Play subscriptions on your device.

Step 2: Select the subscription you want to cancel.

Step 3: Click the “Cancel subscription” button and follow further instructions.

💡 Keep in mind: 

If you uninstall the app you’re subscribed to, your subscription will be automatically canceled. Unfortunately, past payments can’t be refunded, except for certain cases mentioned in this article or in Google Play’s refund policies.

How to request a refund if you forgot to cancel your free trial

If you fail to cancel your Pro plan subscription before the free trial ends, you can still request a refund through Apple Store or Google Play if you meet these two conditions:

  1. You haven’t downloaded any designs after the trial ended and you were charged.
  2. You requested a refund within 14 days after the trial ended and you were charged.

No refunds will be given if:

  • You have downloaded at least one design after being charged for the Pro plan.
  • You requested a refund after 14 days since the Pro subscription was charged.

Refunds on iOS

We don’t have the technical ability to process refunds for Apple users. iOS users are required to reach out to Apple to request a refund.
