Changing your account email:
- Go to the upper-right corner of your account to open the account menu, click "Personal account"
- Type in your new email. You will receive the account change confirmation email sent to your old account email-make sure to confirm the action of the email change
- I cannot remember the email I used on the account and no longer can access my PRO account!
Try to log in by using any other email that you have and might have had registered with us;
Try to log in via Facebook, Google or Apple ID-sometimes, there may be a duplicate account created with the same email, but via the different channel-e.g. the accounts registered with the same email "support@crello.com" by typing in your email and via Facebook (if the same email is used for the Facebook or Google) are counted by the system as two different accounts. Please, make sure to log in
the same way you registered on the website.
