How do I create a design from scratch in VistaCreate?

If you want to create a design from scratch, you can easily select a blank template and add any visual elements you want to your design. You can also start a project by entering custom dimensions. Here are three ways you can make your own designs from scratch in VistaCreate.

Option #1. Starting a project from the homepage

Step 1: Go to the VistaCreate homepage and log in to your account.

Step 2: Enter the format you need in the search bar, then, click “Search” or press “Enter” on your keyboard.

Step 3: On the opened template page, choose “Blank (format type)”. Your blank design will open on the artboard in the dimension of the format you selected.

Step 4: Complete your design with anything you want — photos, videos, vectors, objects, text. Edit these elements using VistaCreate’s features and tools.

Option #2. Starting a new design project from the artboard

Use this option to start a new design from scratch while using the editor.

Step 1: Find “New Design” on the top panel.

Step 2: Pick a format or click “Custom Size” to enter custom dimensions. For the last option, enter the size and click “Create Design”.

Step 3: Complete your design with anything you want — photos, videos, vectors, objects, text. Edit these elements using VistaCreate’s features and tools.

Option #3. Start designing from a templates page

Step 1: If you’re on the VistaCreate template page, enter the format you need into the search bar or choose from formats on the menu to your left.

Step 2: On the opened template page, choose “Blank (format type)”. Your blank design will open on the artboard.

Step 3: Complete your design with anything you want — photos, videos, vectors, objects, text. Edit these elements using VistaCreate’s features and tools.
