VistaCreate has the option to publish your designs to social media as soon as they’re ready or schedule your designs ahead of time and post them directly on social media without leaving the platform. You can easily connect your business pages on Facebook and Instagram, as well as Pinterest. After you've done this, you can schedule your posts to these social media platforms directly from VistaCreate.
How to schedule a post
Step 1:Choose a design format and create your social media post.
Step 2: Once you have a ready design, click "Post" in the upper right-hand corner of the artboard
Step 3: Choose where you'd like to post — it could be Instagram Business, Facebook groups or business pages, or Pinterest (depending on the design format you chose)
Step 4: Click “Now” in the dropdown menu to select the date and time
Step 5: Click “Confirm” and “Schedule”
Scheduling a carousel post
If you'd like to create a carousel post, simply click on "Pages" and "+ New Page" as you create your designs. This will create multiple artboards for your posts that you can schedule as a single publication in a carousel format. Mind that Instagram allows uploading up to 10 visuals in one carousel.
Navigating your board with scheduled posts in VistaCreate
You will find all your scheduled posts in the “My Projects” tab in the top menu, under “Post planner” in the left toolbar. With this tab, you can review all your scheduled, published, and failed posts. Failed publications are posts that couldn’t be uploaded to social media due to authorization problems, lost administrator rights, or technical issues with the social platform.If you need to publish the same post in multiple Facebook groups and pages or Pinterest boards, you can duplicate it. Edit the duplicated version as you need — modify the design, text, date and time, then schedule it to the required destination.
On top of that, the VistaCreate social media schedulerallows you to edit scheduled content — both posts and designs.
