- How to register as a contributor?
Visit VistaCreate's landing page at https://crello.com/pro/marketplace/ to register as a contributor.
You can become a contributor no matter which type of account you have.
We advise you to join our Facebook group to stay tuned with updates.
- How long does it take to join the Contributors Program?
All requests would be processed within a minimum of 5-10 working days from the moment of receiving the application. If you're already a VistaCreate user, you will be granted Contributor access and ready to submit your designs straight from the editor. If you haven't registered in VistaCreate yet, we will ask you to become a VistaCreate user first.
- How long does it take for the team to review my designs?
The template review should be done within about 5-10 working days. In this period, your design will be approved and moved to the main template area or rejected.
- How to request the withdrawal of my money?
You may send a request of withdrawal to our support team email@example.com, mentioning you're a participant in the Contributors Program. Please note, the minimal amount for withdrawal is $ 50 USD and could be done not more than twice a month. The period for money transfer could take up to one week due to the financial processes and money services terms. Make sure to provide valid payout info (your email with PayPal or details for Wire transfer)!
- How will Crello pay me for the design?
Payment for services is made after the provision of services. Payment would be added to your VistaCreate account in the "Refer and Earn" section. Money could be used to upgrade and buy a VistaCreate subscription or be transferred via PayPal or Wire transfer, secure money transfer methods. Contributor bears the sole responsibility for all taxes, levies, commission fees, insurance, and other payments applicable to you in your country.
- Should I be a citizen of a particular country to become a VistaCreate Contributor?
As a Contributor, you could be located anywhere in the world. However, the VistaCreate editor is restricted to use in Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.
- Is there any deadline for applying the template for your review?
Briefs are intended for a particular amount of time (approximately a week or two for consideration by the VistaCreate team). Yet, you may choose older briefs and submit designs according to their topics, if the brief is marked with "active" status.
- Where can I learn the requirements for the final design quality and concept?
All rules and design regulations are listed in the Design, Concept, and Tech Guidelines. In addition, the requirements about the topic and formats for design creation you could find in the Design Briefs will be published for new design inquiries regularly.
- How would I know my design was approved as a template?
You will receive the payment to your VistaCreate account and find your design appeared in the main template editor. Again, no email or push notifications to be informed are required.
- What are the reasons for the design to be not accepted?
The reasons for rejecting your design as suitable for the template are listed in the Concept & Tech Guidelines. The rejection could be motivated by design, concept, or tech issues; using licensed materials, logos of real brands; including inappropriate content, sexual content, swear words; creating duplicates. - Will you inform me of the reasons why my design was rejected?
No, the VistaCreate team leaves the right not to justify its decision about not accepting the design. However, if you won't see the payment and your artwork in the general VistaCreate collection, that means the VistaCreate team didn't accept your design for further listing.
