VistaCreate Team Account enables collaboration in a shared workspace where teams can create, edit, and manage designs together under a Pro subscription.
It is designed for simple team collaboration with shared access to projects, files, and branding assets.
What is a Team Account?
A Team Account lets one Pro user (the owner) invite others to collaborate on the same design projects and assets in a shared workspace.

Is VistaCreate Team Account free?
Yes. The Team Account is included in the Pro plan and supports up to 10 users at no additional cost.
Do all team members need a Pro account?
No. Only the team owner needs a Pro subscription. Other members can join using a free Starter account via invitation.
How many teams can I create?
Each Pro account can create one team, with up to 10 members included in the workspace.
Can team projects be moved to a personal account?
No. Projects created in a Team workspace cannot be transferred to a personal account.
Alternative workflow:
- Create a design in a personal account first
- Then share it with the team by moving or duplicating it into the Team workspace
How to share a project:
- Go to My Projects in your personal account
- Select the project
- Open the 3-dot menu
- Choose Move or Duplicate to Team
Can team members edit a design at the same time?
No. Collaboration is not simultaneous.
One user must finish editing and close the project before another user continues.
Can I use Team Account in the mobile app?
No. Team features are only available on the web version.
Can a Brand Kit be copied to a Team Account?
No direct transfer is available.
Alternative options:
- Recreate Brand Kits inside the Team Account
- Duplicate existing designs
- Reuse styles, colors, and fonts within the Team workspace
Important notes
- To join a team, users must have a free VistaCreate account (they will be redirected to sign up if needed)
- All content created in a team workspace belongs to the team owner
