VistaCreate Team Account

Sometimes, the best solutions come from working as a team. For this reason, we ​​offer team functionality for all VistaCreate Pro users. You can invite up to 10 members to your team and work together using the same (parent) account.

How to create a team account

Step 1

Go to your account settings on the VistaCreate homepage and click on the menu button in the upper-right corner. Select the “Create a team” option to start building yours.

Note: The Team Account feature is only available to Pro users. So, if you have a Starter subscription, you need to upgrade to the Pro plan to create your team. The person who purchases a Pro plan becomes the owner of a Team Account and can send invites to up to 10 people.

Step 2

Give your team a name and start inviting your colleagues or friends for collaboration. To do so, enter the team member’s email in the empty line and click on “Send invite”.

Step 3

Once your team members receive the email, they can register by the link and join a team plan. To remove a person from your team or resend an invitation, click on the 3 dots menu near the member’s email and choose the necessary option.

Note: Before accepting an invitation to join a Team account, a user should have an active VistaCreate account, or they will be redirected to the account registration page. After completing registration, the user can join the team account.

Team members can:

  • create and edit design projects​​
  • duplicate anу folder​​
  • access and use team-uploaded files
  • ​​​view other team members​​​delete themselves from a Team Account
  • ​​​switch between a Team and Personal account, and create and save projects on a personal account​​

The account owner can:

  • manage a Team subscription (add/remove a payment method; upgrade/downgrade a subscription plan)​​
  • edit team name and settings​​
  • Invite, view, and delete team members​​
  • switch between a Personal and Team account, and move projects from a Personal account to a team account​​
  • view and edit team projects​​
  • organize team projects into folders and delete projects from the Trash folder
  • access and use team-uploaded files​​
  • switch between a Team and Personal account, and create and save projects on a personal account​​
  • any project created on a Team account belongs to the Team owner​​

Note: Team account features are only available on the VistaCreate website and cannot be accessed in-app (IOS or Android).
