Starting from August 2020, our European clients have to pay a value-added tax (VAT) on top of the VistaCreate Pro plan price. Usually, this tax varies from 15 to 20% depending on your country of permanent residence (the only exception is Switzerland, as it’s not a member of the EU).

Can I be charged VAT if your credit card issuing bank is registered outside the EU?
VAT on telecommunications, broadcasting, and electronic services is charged in the country where you live (the country where you are established, have your permanent address, or usually live). So, even if you purchase your VistaCreate plan outside an EU country, you can still be charged VAT for it. This rule applies to services purchased both within and from outside the EU.
How can I receive my VAT invoice?
To download your VAT invoice, go to “Account Settings”.
In the “Billing” tab you’ll find your invoice. Click the “Print invoice” button to download it as a PDF document on your device.
If you want to change your billing information, click “Update info”. You can edit your name, email, billing address, and the website.
When you’re finished, click “Apply and save” to download the invoice with the updated information.
The seller info can also be found on the invoice.
