How do I download my design in high quality in VistaCreate?

To download a design in high quality, click Export in the top menu and choose your preferred format.

High-resolution downloads depend on your plan:

  • Free plan: standard quality downloads
  • Pro plan: high-definition downloads available

Even on free or Pro plans, the visual quality of templates stays the same. The difference is in export resolution and file options.

Does format affect design quality in VistaCreate?

No. The format does not change the design quality.

  • Resolution: size of the image (pixels)
  • Quality: visual properties like color, brightness, and saturation

VistaCreate templates always keep consistent visual quality. Export format only affects how the file is saved and used.

What is the best format for high-quality download?

JPG (Digital use)

JPG is one of the most popular file formats and works best for digital designs. Most of the social media content and images you see online are JPG files.

However, due to the compression that happens when you save a file to your computer or smartphone, JPG images may lose quality.

So, don’t use this format for designs you want to print. We recommend opting for JPG only for digital use.

  • Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Website images and blog content
  • Email visuals
  • Podcast covers and album covers

PNG (High-quality digital image)

PNG is a common image format that guarantees higher quality when exporting your design.

If you need to save your design in high resolution and avoid compression, choose PNG. It is also the best format for designs with transparent backgrounds, such as logos.

  • Facebook and Instagram ads
  • Website banners and email headers
  • YouTube thumbnails and channel art

PNG is usually better than JPG when image sharpness is important.

PDF Print (Highest quality for printing)

PDF Print comes in the highest quality and is perfect for printing your designs.

It works for both smaller printed materials like business cards and larger formats like posters.

In VistaCreate, you can download your design or send it for print directly from the editor. Print-ready formats are marked as “Print Online” during preview.

  • Calendars and planners
  • Books, eBooks, and photo books

Note: PDF Print is not optimized for web use. If you need both print and digital versions, use resize options.

MP4 (Video / animation export)

MP4 is used for animated or video designs created in VistaCreate.

It is the format used when your design includes motion, animations, or video elements.

Best for:

  • Animated social media posts
  • Video ads and promotional content
  • Motion graphics for marketing campaigns
  • Social media stories and reels

How do I download a design in high definition in VistaCreate?

You can only download your ready-made designs in high definition if you are a VistaCreate Pro plan user.

To download in high definition:

Step 1: Click “Export” in the top menu of the artboard.

How do I resize my design to different formats in VistaCreate?

You can use the Resize tool to adjust your design to different formats. This is a Pro feature that helps you quickly adapt visuals for different platforms.

Step 1: Log in to VistaCreate and open your project.

Step 2: Click “Resize” in the top menu of the artboard.

Step 3: Select one or multiple formats from the list and Click “Copy & Resize”.
Your resized designs will open in new tabs automatically.
